Shoondhisa is what we think of when we think of a natural-processed coffee from Guji, Ethiopia. It is berry-fruit forward, with a full-body and delicate hints of florals in the nose.
The cherries are cultivated and harvested by roughly 35 smallholders, who then deliver the coffee to the Suke drying station run by Sookoo Coffee, owned by Ture Waji. Sookoo specializes in natural-processed coffees and applies meticulous harvest and process standards to produce exceptional, traceable lots of coffee for export.
We're thankful to be able to offer this coffee to you and hope that we can continue to do so as the years roll forward.
