Pink Bourbon has fast become one of our favorite cultivars. Lovely acidity, sweet, almost salted caramel notes, hints of dried fruit, and very balanced in the cup. We try our best to keep one on the menu and we're excited to currently have a bag from Yoan Arley Toledo's farm Finca los Andes.
