First and foremost, we love coffee. It is, after all, the reason we got into roasting. We created Cornwall Bridge Coffee as a way to share the joy we take from tasting a coffee that hits just right—whether it's a consistent and familiar coffee that has become part of your morning ritual or a once-a-year microlot from a favorite origin.

Beyond taste, you're also getting coffee that, to the best of our ability, reflects our beliefs about how we think coffee should be produced and sourced. We rely on many people to get coffee to your cup—from farmers, pickers and mill operators to importers and delivery drivers—and we hope that what we roast reflects the commitment and passion that all the people along that chain devote to coffee.
